Inspired by childhood memories, the Culture Shock collection is a homage to the many flavor experiences that shaped my relationship with food. As a daughter of immigrants, what I ate at home was very different from the foods I saw at school and in other peoples’ houses, which resulted in many shocking moments. With this collection, I decided to turn all these stories into creative flavor combinations that delight and shock! From Coconut Jackfruit and White Chocolate Durian to Banana Matcha, Vanilla Apple, Sweet Potato Marshmellow, and Yuzu Soy Sauce Caramel, we invite you to venture out of your comfort zone and expand your perspective of the world through flavor!
